If we don't hear back from you within 5 business days, we will do the repair that we believe is best for the item.

Coblrshop cobblers have extensive experience reviving well-loved and worn-down shoes. However, there may be circumstances, due to the original material or else, where a pair of shoes cannot be fixed to meet our high standards. If our cobbler is unable to repair your shoes, Coblrshop will notify you and return the shoes via UPS. We will refund you for the repair but not shipping. Yes! If you are like us, you have a bag filled with shoes that need some TLC. Feel free to send more than one pair of shoes. We just ask that you place the appropriate amount of repair orders online.

Sometimes, just one shoe out of a pair visibly needs repair. However it's better to fix both shoes to ensure gait stability, comfort, and durability.

They are large! They measure 19" x 24". Feel free to place shoes in a box (and put the box in the mailer) if the extra protection would make you feel more comfortable. If your items don’t fit in the bag for any reason, just affix the label from the bag onto any larger box you have available. A good way to reuse those Amazon boxes!

For standard repairs, the turnaround time is about 10 working days - from the day Coblrshop receives the shoes. More complex repairs can take longer. You will receive emails to keep you updated on the progress of your repair and the cobbler will proactively communicate via email should there be any exceptional delay.
